Indonesian demographic growth in this period led to labor supply. While on the other hand, the demand for health and life science research in the area is high. Therefore, it requires knowledge about the development of life science and health professionals in Indonesia. This study used a system dynamics modeling to predict life science and health professionals supply and demand in Indonesia. This paper processed data from various sources, consist of  quantitative data from the labor force survey reference model, and qualitative data resulted by focus group discussions and in-depth interviews to build dynamic hypothesis. This study resulted a dynamic hypothesis set out to analyze the interrelationships between variables controlling technology development over a period of time until 2025.
